About Kristine

Kristine Eisenmann has been an Illinois licensed Real Estate Broker since 2006, and has a wealth of experience and expertise in the industry. 

Her impressive credentials include the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation, the highest credential awarded to Residential Sales Agents, Managers, and Brokers by the National Association of Realtors. She is also a Sellers Representative Specialist (SRS) Designee and has also received her Certified Staging Consultant (CSC) Designation. Kristine is committed to excellence, as evidenced by her NAR C2Ex - REALTORS Commitment to Excellence designation. She is a member of the Professional Standards Committee and is affiliated with the National Association of Realtors (NAR), the Illinois Association of Realtors (IAR), the Residential Real Estate Council (RRC), the MainStreet Organization of Realtors (MORE), and MREDLLC - Midwest Real Estate Data.

Kristine's passion for interior design led her to start her own interior decorating and home staging firm, Eisenmann Interiors Inc., of which she is the Owner and President. She specializes in creating custom-designed home interiors that are tailored to her clients' specific needs and desires. Her keen eye for detail, exceptional taste, and creativity all play a crucial role in her business model and strategy. She has helped all of her sellers stage their homes for sale, assisted in minor and major remodel projects for clients, and completed numerous interior decorating projects. 

Kristine has been a dedicated member of the real estate industry for many years, and one of her most notable roles is serving on the Professional Standards committee. This committee is comprised of REALTOR® Members, and it is responsible for ensuring that members of the real estate industry uphold the highest professional standards.

The committee is broken down into Hearing Panels, which are assigned to hear ethics complaints, SentriLock complaints, or arbitration requests that have been forwarded from the Grievance Committee. The function of the Hearing Panel is to conduct a full due process hearing with sworn testimony, witnesses, and evidence. This is where Kristine's expertise and experience are crucial.

Kristine's dedication to upholding the highest professional standards in the real estate industry is evident in her work on the Professional Standards committee, and she is well-versed in the legal procedures required for conducting hearings. She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her role on the committee and is committed to ensuring that all members of the industry adhere to the Code of Ethics and SentriLock User Agreement. She is skilled at navigating the complexities of the real estate industry and ensuring that all parties receive a fair and unbiased hearing.

In addition to her professional achievements, Kristine is also actively involved in her community. She serves as the Chairman of the City of Wheaton Commission on Aging and volunteers her time to her children's school district through various committees and fundraisers. 

Kristine is a devoted wife and mother of two children, residing in the beautiful suburbs of Chicago. She cherishes spending quality time with her family and creating unforgettable memories with them. Kristine loves to shop and has a keen eye for unique fashion, accessories, and home interiors. She enjoys trying out new recipes in the kitchen and experimenting with different flavors and cuisines. Kristine is also a huge animal lover and particularly fond of dogs. In her free time, Kristine can be found reading a good book in comfy sweatpants while petting her multiple dogs or lounging in her pool.
